Anushka Makhija is Chief of Staff at GridStrong, working closely with Tom to oversee client success, program delivery, partnerships and company operations. She has spent her career where enterprise software meets energy: at Form Energy she led digital strategy for R&D, the company's largest function, through a tripling in headcount; previously she led the launch of VMware Tanzu Developer Tools and held product and engineering roles at Pivotal Software. She is a Climatebase Founding Fellow.
